Payment for Products or Services that OzOpal provides:
All orders from OzOpal are shown, and process in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you reside in another country and make a purchase from us, either eWay, PayPal or your credit provider will automatically make the conversion from your currency into Australian Dollars. You can check the current conversion rate by visiting www.xe.com.
OzOpal accepts the following payment methods:
- PayPal: *preferred* This transaction is handles via the (3rd party) PayPal secure method. PayPal handles the money between you and OzOpal.
- Credit Card: We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bankcard and JCB. Transactions are securely handled via SSL encryption.
- Credit Card (over the phone): We understand that you may not feel comfortable with online payment systems and can handle ‘over the phone’ payments.
- Direct Bank Deposit (EFT): You can manually transfer money to our Business Account. Please contact us for our Business Account details.
Layby / Lay Away / Item Holding / Payment Plans:
OzOpal allows customers to ‘pay off’ items over an 8 week period of time. A minimum deposit of 20% applies, and you must firstly contact us to arrange this transaction solution for you.
OzOpal takes much care in packaging your new item(s), safely and securely. We also provide ‘Free Shipping’ for all orders over $660 (AUD). This delivery price is NOT automatically included into our prices, it is simply a thank-you for ordering from us. Orders under $660 require you to pay the additional postage costs when you are at ‘checkout’.
All efforts will be reasonably made to ensure you are notified and kept up to date with the status of your order, from the time of purchase until it arrives to you.
Overseas Postage: All parcels sent by OzOpal are insured against theft, loss or damage during the delivery process. You can feel completely comfortable, knowing you don’t take any risk when purchasing from us. All parcels require signature on delivery. Parcels are usually sent the ‘next business day’, after receiving the funds for the item, but are also sent the ‘same day’ when possible. Highly valuable items are usually delivered via FedEx. This can be discussed during the transaction period, as costs vary depending on your location. Items of lesser value are shipped overseas via standard and insured airmail. These items cannot be tracked, but are still fully insured and still require a signature upon delivery. Please note that OzOpal does not cover any additional import duties or taxes that your country adds to the items being shipped to you. ** PLEASE NOTE: If you are ordering from Indonesia and are paying via credit card, we will hold onto your item for a small period of time before delivering the items to you. This is to protect us, as there have been a high level of fraudulent credit card transactions.
Australian Postage: Items sent within Australia are sent via Registered Post, requiring signature on delivery, and are also fully insured. If you require faster deliveries, please contact us prior to purchasing so that we can arrange a delivery method suits your needs best.
If you are placing an order over the Christmas period, please be patient (or order earlier) as there will more than likely be longer that usual delivery times.
