You can return your opals or any other physical item(s) you have purchased from OzOpal if they are not what you wanted, or you’re not 100% happy with them.
If the physical item(s) are returned in their original condition, within 30 days of the initial purchase, OzOpal will refund you the total price (minus any shipping & handling costs, and also any re-import duties or taxes).

If a ‘subscriber’ is not satisfied with the ‘tool’, they can contact OzOpal within 24 hours of purchase by email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or via our contact page, and OzOpal will refund the ‘current subscriber’ their total subscription price (minus any duties or taxes or fees charged from payment gateways or institutes) E.g. at the time of writing this, Paypal charges 2.6% per transaction, and this will be subtracted from the refund.
